A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing or commence work on your project. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

5.3 Pricing

All prices quoted are subject to VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices if there are significant changes in material costs or if additional work is required beyond the original scope.

5.4 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on our invoices. Standard terms are payment within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

5.5 Delivery and Collection

Delivery or collection dates are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. Title in goods remains with us until payment is received in full.

We warrant that our workmanship will be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, subject to normal wear and tear and proper use. This warranty does not cover:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific service or goods to which the claim relates

9. Cancellation and Returns

9.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order before work commences without charge. If work has commenced, you will be charged for:

  • Work completed to date
  • Materials purchased or committed
  • Any other reasonable costs incurred

9.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend work if:

  • Payment terms are not met
  • We discover that the work cannot be safely or properly completed
  • Circumstances beyond our control prevent completion

10. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining high health and safety standards. When working on customer premises, we will:

  • Comply with all applicable health and safety legislation
  • Follow your site-specific safety requirements
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents

Customers must ensure that equipment or components sent to us are safe to handle and free from hazardous contaminants.

11. Environmental Responsibility
